Teams accepted to attend may receive:

  • A travel stipend not to exceed $150 (amount dependent upon team’s location)
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Thursday, May 19, 2011
  • Great Wolf Lodge water park passes. Water park passes can be utilized starting at 1:00pm on Wednesday, May 18 through Thursday, May 19 at 9:00pm. Hotel room check-in does not begin until 4:00pm, however, teams can arrive beginning at 1:00pm and the hotel will provide water park passes and allow teams to swim prior to room check-in.
  • Up to two sleeping rooms at the Great Wolf Lodge on Wednesday, May 18, 2010.

Due to budgetary constraints, there are no guarantees that more than two rooms per team can be accommodated. The sleeping rooms are family suites that sleep up to six (6), and depending upon the make up of your team, up to two rooms can be requested. It will be up to each team to determine how many and who should be in each room (i.e., one chaperone and three youth per room or six youth in one room and two chaperones in the second room, etc.) Lodging reservations will be made for you approximately a week before arrival. For teams traveling long distances, hotel rooms may be available on Thursday, May 19 as well. Teams will be notified, on the acceptance letter, if they qualify for a second night of lodging.
