Cyber education and the next generation of cyber leaders

(Internet Safety) Permanent link

This week’s internet safety theme is Cyber Education and the Next Generation of Cyber Leaders.

We’re raising awareness about the importance of cyber education and workforce development, including the advancement and opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education.

What You Can Do This Week:

This Week’s Twitter Chat:

When: Thursday, October 17 at 3 p.m. Eastern/noon Pacific

Topic: Cyber Education and the Next Generation of Cyber Leaders

In order to have a cyber-secure nation, we need to graduate cyber-capable adults who use the Internet safely, securely, ethically and productively. We can do this by reaching the next generation of cyber leaders at an earlier age and placing more importance on cyber education and opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education.

Use the hashtag #ChatSTC to join!
