Attorney General Rob McKenna created the Eminent Domain Task Force following the 2007 legislative session to study eminent domain in Washington, identify problems and suggest legislative reforms.
The task force is chaired by Attorney General McKenna and co-chaired by Tim Ford, assistant attorney general and open government ombudsman.
