Program Statistics
The Manufactured Housing Dispute Resolution Program (MHDRP) is required to provide an annual report of its activities to the Washington State Legislature.  Additionally the program has provided the following statistical reports for review.

Case Outcomes
As a way to help landlords and tenants understand their obligations under the Landlord/Tenant Act and the work of the MHDRP, the MHDRP will periodically post Notices of Violation, Notices of Non-Violation, Orders entered by the Office of Administrative Hearings and Settlement Agreements entered following formal Investigations on this webpage.
