Opportunities for Public Comment
The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission seek comments from the public when making decisions on rate, service and policy filings. Your voice can make a difference. Comments can be made in person at a public hearing, in writing, or by submitting a comment form at online. In major WUTC cases, all written comments are submitted as a formal exhibit for the record in the case.
How to Comment
Consumer comments on rate cases, mergers, rulemakings and other cases provide valuable input to the Commission as it makes decisions. You can submit comments by contacting the WUTC:
Important: Please include your name and mailing address, the name of the company, and the related Docket Numbers with your comment.
