If you enjoy being working with high school students, being a LifeSmarts coach is a great volunteer opportunity to give back to the young adult community. Coaches are generally enthusiastic and well-organized teachers, parents, or youth-leaders who are responsible for recruiting and preparing players for competitions, as well as working with players' parents to keep them aware. Coaches also are in charge of all paper work required and chaperoning all competitions his or her players are participating in.
There is also free support and resources for coaches that is offered online from the official LifeSmarts site.
To register to become a coach, please register on the official website.
