OLYMPIA — A court today rejected a motion by two defendants in a $2.1 million campaign finance case involving Tim Eyman and for-profit signature gathering firm Citizen Solutions, asking the court to dismiss the case against them.

OLYMPIA —The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) today filed a complaint in Thurston County Superior Court today alleging campaign finance violations by the Spokane County Democratic Central Committee (SCDCC). The AGO complaint also names SCDCC executive director and former chair Jim CastroLang and former treasurer Justin Galloway as defendants. The AGO complaint asserts SCDCC failed to timely file at least $110,554 in expenditures and $104,190 in contributions.
OLYMPIA — Attorney General Bob Ferguson today filed a campaign finance lawsuit in Thurston County Superior Court against former Grant County Superior Court judge Jerry Moberg and Moses Lake business owner Ken Greene. If successful, Moberg and Greene could face a total of $453,852.60 in penalties, plus costs and fees.
