MINIMUM SENTENCE ‑- ACCESSORIES An accessory to a felony armed with a deadly weapon at the time of the commission of his offense or a concealed deadly weapon at the time of his arrest is subject to the mandatory minimum sentence under RCW 9.95.040 (1955 Supp.).
