SCHOOL DISTRICTS, FIRST CLASS; BOARD OF DIRECTORS, POWERS, WHERE DISTRICT DOES NOT CONTAIN FIRST OR SECOND CLASS CITY; EXPENDITURE OF UP TO $50,000 FOR SCHOOL SITE WITHOUT ELECTION

1. The directors of a school district of the first class which does not contain a first or second class city may expend up to $50,000 for purchase of a school site without an election.  2. The ballot title in a bond election to finance construction of a school building in a first class school district need not contain a description of the building site.
