Effective July 28, 2009, Chapter 278, Laws of 2009, An Act Relating to internet and mail order sales of certain tobacco products makes it illegal for most tobacco products ordered or purchased by telephone, mail order, or through the Internet, to be shipped directly to consumers in Washington.
