AGO 2020 NO. 2 > Sep 2 2020
  1.  Representatives of legal aid organizations generally do not require a prior invitation to enter onto private property where migrant agricultural workers are housed where the purpose of the visit is to provide legal information.
  2.  Employers may establish reasonable time, place, and manner rules for visits to private property, but a requirement for employer permission to enter would not generally be reasonable.
  3.  In order for the employer to lawfully use or threaten force to eject a legal aid worker, the legal aid workers would have to trespass maliciously on the labor camp.
