If you’re one of those folks who still uses an antenna or rabbit ears on top of your television, pay attention. Back in October, we mentioned that anyone who doesn't own a digital TV set and still gets their programming via over-the-air antennas will no longer receive a picture starting February 18, 2009. If you want to watch your favorite shows, you’ll need a converter box.  The government is offering coupons to help you buy one. To request a coupon, apply online at www.dtv2009.gov or call 1-888-DTV-2009 (1-888-388-2009). TVs connected to cable or satellite will not require a  converter box from this program.
