The Attorney General's Office is currently conducting a survey to learn more about the legal needs of Washington State's military service members and veterans.
The Attorney General's Office is collecting this infromation to better understand the volume and types of legal issues faced by military service members and veterans. The information collected will be used by the Attorney General's Office and others to improve access to civil legal assistance and pro bono services.
The project involves two different surveys. Each addresses the same subject, but they are intended to be completed by different audiences. Links to surveys are provided below. We appreciate your particiaption and encourage you to complete the survey as fully as possible and share the opportunity with others. Strong participation from across the state will add to the survey results, making the findings more useful for legal service providers.
Have ever served in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, Reserve, or National Guard?
Do you work with an agency or organization that provides free services to qualifying military service members or veterans?
If you have any questions about the survey or other efforts of the Attorney General's Office, or if you would like to participate in the survey in an alternative format, please contact Assistant Attorney General Travis Alley.
