SEATTLE – Washington residents who paid high prices for a popular heart medication will share nearly $403,000 in refunds from an antitrust case settlement, Attorney General Rob McKenna announced today. The state began mailing checks today to 1,127 consumers.

SEATTLE – Thousands of consumers from Washington and 49 other states who used the antidepressant drug Remeron may be entitled to reimbursements from drug maker Organon USA Inc. and its parent company Akzo Nobel N.V., Attorney General Rob McKenna announced today.
The Attorney General’s Office filed charges Monday in Kitsap County against a women who collected roughly $9,500 from the state’s Medicaid program to care for her family member in Kitsap County while the woman was living in Louisiana.
