OLYMPIA – Attorney General Rob McKenna will conduct a press conference tomorrow on proposed legislation that would give all Washington residents the opportunity to freeze unauthorized access to their credit reports.

The case was filed in Pierce County Superior Court by the Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit in August 2005.
