On April 3, 2025, the Attorney General’s Office filed a lawsuit against RealPage, Inc. and several landlords in King County, WA. The lawsuit asserts that RealPage and the landlords conspired to raise and stabilize rental housing prices, reduce rental occupancy, align rental pricing strategy, and exchange non-public, competitive information regarding rental housing in Washington. The landlords named in the lawsuit are Greystar Management Services, LLC; GREP Washington, LLC; Pinnacle Property Management Services, LLC; LivCor, LLC; UDR, Inc.; Prime Administration, LLC (d/b/a Prime Group); Quarterra Multifamily Communities, LLC; Quarterra Living, LLC; LaSalle Investment Management, Inc.; Gleiberman Properties, Inc. and Gleiberman Investments, Inc. (d/b/a MG Properties); and Sares Regis Management Company, L.P.
The Attorney General’s Office was previously a part of a lawsuit with the U.S. Department of Justice and several other states filed August 23, 2024. The office withdrew from that case on February 25, 2025.
