AGO 1951 NO. 40 >

1. It is no longer mandatory for practitioners of medicine and surgery to file their registration certificates with the county clerk.  2. It is no longer mandatory for dentists to file their registration certificates in the county in which they are located with the county clerk, but they shall do so with the county auditor.

AGO 1957 NO. 80 >

A corporation may not enter into membership agreements with individuals to render dental services to such members at specified prices, such services to be rendered by licensed dentists employed by the corporation.  Dentists entering into such a contract with a corporation to render services to the members of the corporation would be in violation of the dental laws.
