The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) filed these lawsuits to fight for the civil rights and privacy of Washingtonians, and to protect more than $15 billion in federal funding that supports vital public services for people across the state. Washington’s Hate Crimes & Bias Incidents Hotline is now active in Clark, King, and Spokane counties. The non-emergency line helps callers find culturally competent support services—and, with the caller’s consent, assist in reporting incidents to local law enforcement.
