            I have been asked to reply to your letter of January 15, 1970, regarding the publication of proposed revisions to zoning plans.
 
                                                                     ANALYSIS
 
            Enclosed as you requested is a copy of AGO 63-64 No. 69 [[to Prosecuting Attorney, Snohomish County on November 18, 1963]].  There has been no modification of this opinion by our office.  However, you have probably noted the provisions of RCW 43.63A.110, requiring the filing of "all comprehensive plans, or amendments thereto, . . . with the planning and community affairs agency for . . . review and recommendation prior to adoption.  . . ."
