AID TO THE BLIND ‑- CONFORMITY WITH THE FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS ‑- EFFECTIVE DATE OF FILING RULES AND REGULATIONS The State Department of Social Security can submit new plan material which disregards the first $50 of earned income in the aid to the blind program in order to conform with the Federal Security Act.Rules and regulations filed on June 2, 1952, can become effective as of July 1, 1952.
