MINIMUM DURATION OF CONFINEMENT ‑- PRIOR CONVICTION FOR A FELONY ‑- SUSPENDED OR DEFERRED IMPOSITION OF SENTENCE The deferred or suspended imposition of sentence under RCW 9.95.240 which is granted after a plea of guilty is made to a felony charge, which plea is later changed to not guilty and the information dismissed, is not a prior conviction within the provisions of RCW 9.95.040 (2).

PRISON TERMS AND PAROLES ‑- PRISONER SERVING LIFE SENTENCE ‑- MINIMUM DURATION OF CONFINEMENT ‑- GOOD TIME CREDITS A prisoner under a mandatory life sentence other than an habitual criminal may become eligible to be considered for parole upon serving 2/3 of the required statutory twenty consecutive years in good behavior.
