RIGHT TO VOTE OF PERSONS LIVING IN AREA OF CONCURRENT FEDERAL JURISDICTION A resident of Fairchild Air Force Base whereon the state and federal government exercise concurrent jurisdiction, resides in the State of Washington and, if otherwise qualified, may be eligible to vote.
