Pursuant to ESSB 5092 (127) (17) (a) the Youth Safety and Well-being Tipline Advisory Committee advises the Office of the Attorney General (AGO) as it develops processes for risk assessment, threat assessment, referral and follow-up, data retention, and confidentiality of the Youth Safety and Well-being Tipline.

The Youth Safety and Well-being Tipline will be a statewide program for receiving and responding to tips regarding risks or potential risks to the safety and well-being of youth. The goal of the program is to provide a safe place for youth to report safety and well-being concerns to help prevent tragedies and violence.
