AGO Employee Updates

Late afternoon on January 3rd, a security system change to increase system security had unexpected results. The change was rolled back immediately, but some staff are experiencing issues as a result. Please review the following for quick assistance. An instant Zoom Room has been set up if you need further assistance (See Zoom Room link below). ISD is continuing to troubleshoot and more information will be posted to InsideAGO as it becomes available.

Effective Wednesday March 25, the Vancouver office is closed. All staff are teleworking. For more specific information staff should work with their lead and DC.

Effective Tuesday, March 17, we are increasing our response to the pandemic by instituting mandatory telework for all AGO offices statewide except for staff designated as essential personnel this will remain in effect until further notice.

Essential staff in the office must be approved by the appropriate deputy.  Social distancing is an important way we can all contribute to our own and others’ safety. If you have questions about your designation speak with your lead or division chief.

For AGO offices in Tacoma, Seattle (including UW) and Everett – effective Monday, March 16, we are going to mandatory telework for all staff except those designated as essential. Essential staff in the office must be approved by the appropriate deputy. Please work with your division Chief and be sure that you have fully communicated about your current workload.

Also Beginning Monday, March 16, all other AGO offices across the state are strongly encouraged to telecommute to the extent possible, until further notice.

AGO employees in our Seattle, University of Washington, and Everett and Tacoma offices should work remotely to the extent possible.  This direction also applies to people who live in Snohomish, King or Pierce Counties and commute to our other offices and is effective tomorrow.

AGO Employees in our Seattle, University of Washington, and Everett Offices should work remotely to the extent possible.
