On March 16, 2026, the Wing Luke Civil Rights Division of the Washington Attorney General’s Office (AGO) entered into a Consent Decree with Defendants FPI Management, Inc., Vintage Housing Holdings, LLC, and AMWA Cedar Pointe Fund, LP, regarding five apartment buildings in the state of Washington:
- Vintage at Everett (now known as Vintage at Marine View)
- Vintage at Mill Creek
- Vintage at Sequim
- Vintage at Tacoma
- Cedar Pointe Apartments
As part of the Consent Decree, Defendants have paid $2.5 million to compensate current and former residents at the above five properties who were impacted by Defendants’ unfair and deceptive business practices. These funds will be distributed at the AGO’s direction and the amount that each individual receives will be determined by a number of factors, including the duration of a resident’s tenancy at Defendants’ properties.
In addition, Vintage and AMWA Cedar Pointe Fund have agreed to make improvements at all additional properties they own in Washington. To learn more about the lawsuit, you can read the State’s complaint here, or the Consent Decree here.
