Provigil settlement

The State of Washington is part of a group of states that have reached a settlement agreement with Cephalon, Inc., Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd., Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., and Barr Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in an antitrust case relating to the sale of the prescription pharmaceutical Provigil®. On Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, the settlement administrator began mailing checks to consumers in Washington who filed a settlement claim.
