OLYMPIA — Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson has introduced bipartisan legislation that will strengthen Washington’s data breach notification law to help Washingtonians protect their personal information.
SEATTLE—Today the Washington Supreme Court ruled unanimously for the State in two important pension cases.

The Governor looks forward to signing it into law as soon as it hits his desk.
The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) kicks off the first week of the Legislature’s 60-day session with six hearings on bills requested by Attorney General Bob Ferguson. Ferguson and his staff will be testifying in favor of these bills throughout the week.
