GRAND MOUND – Teens from all over the state will compete to present the best peer-based programs to combat drug and alcohol abuse, violence and other destructive behaviors.

Forty-two teams will participate in the 2010 Spring Youth Forum, which culminates in a final competition by the top vote-getters. Teen participants will vote to decide the winners. Last year, the Music Mentors of Thurston County’s inspirational hip-hop program earned the top prize.
